Feel free to jump in for a rejuvenating swim or cast a line. Fishing: Please bring your own fishing tackle, as we do not provide gear. Safety First: For the safety of our guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in or around the water and hot tub. Games & Entertainment We’ve stocked the house for fun! Indoors: Check the cabinet under the coffee bar for a collection of board games. Outdoors: Challenge your group to volleyball, bocce ball, or croquet (all provided). Pet Policy We are happy to welcome your well-behaved dogs! Fee: $150 per dog (Max 2 pets). Weight Limit: Up to 40 lbs per dog. House Rules Welcome! We are so excited to host you. We take a lot of pride in our "Hideaway" and want to ensure it remains a sanctuary for you and for our neighbors. By booking, you agree to the following: 1. Occupancy & Local Guests The occupancy limit is strictly limited to the number of guests on your reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property at any time. Local Residents: Please message the host to discuss your stay before booking. 2. No Parties or Events This is a peaceful neighborhood. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior. Please respect our neighbors as you would your own. 3. Pets (Dogs Only) We love dogs! A $150 fee per pet applies (Max 2 dogs, 40 lb limit). No cats or exotic animals. Please keep pups off the furniture and beds. 4. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A penalty fee of $200 per day of the reservation will be applied for any violations to cover deep-cleaning and ozone treatment. 5. Check-in & Checkout Check-in: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM. Late checkouts cause significant delays for our cleaning team. Unless pre-arranged, a fee of $50 for the first hour and $100/hour thereafter will apply. 6. Communication & House Manual To ensure you have all the answers you need, please review the House Manual (sent 2 days before arrival) before reaching out with questions. It contains everything you need to know about the hot tub, pond, and Wi-Fi! 7. Compliance & Fees Any rule violation causing a refund or discount for a future guest due to scheduling or damage will be the responsibility of the current renter. Repeated infractions or safety violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and a $500 security dispatch fee. Full Interior Access: Enjoy all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the sunroom, and our fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Outdoor Amenities: You have full use of the large front deck, the hot tub, the back patio with the Breeo firepit, and the private swimming/fishing pond. Parking: Ample private parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. Easy Entry: The home features a secure keypad on the back door for a seamless, contactless check-in. Your unique access code will be sent to you 48 hours before arrival.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this property more. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was extremely well stocked with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. At one point while we were getting ready for dinner I realized I needed a lint roller, and sure enough there was one available in the house—just one example of how well prepared the place was for guests. The property itself is beautiful. The views are amazing and the privacy made it feel like a true getaway. The hot tub was a highlight of the stay and the perfect way to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. Between the attentive host, the well-equipped home, and the stunning property, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely love to come back again.

The place was very clean and the huge backyard is great for kids and dogs. We stayed here for the weekend and had a nice time hiking nearby and relaxing on the porch.
