Tastefully decorated second-floor apartment overlooking the scenic farmland of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Buggies drive by regularly and you are likely to see the Amish farmers working in the fields that surround the property. The small town of Intercourse, with its charming shops and attractions, is a ten-minute walk away. The world-famous Sight and Sound Theater, along with a host of other attractions and delicious restaurants are all within a fifteen-minute drive.

There is a coin-operated laundry on-site and off-street parking. There is free wifi and a smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix or other streaming accounts. House Rules

Hey there! We can't wait to host you during your stay in the heart of Amish Country! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our place (we take a lot of pride in it!) and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. 1. All local Lancaster County residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the House Manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period). 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. No Pets allowed. $200 Fine if Rule is broken. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

You are likely to see the farmers working in their fields and buggies passing by regularly. The town of Intercourse, with its charming shops and attractions, is a ten-minute walk from the apartment. The world-famous Sight and Sound Theater, The American Music Theater, Rockvale Square, Tanger Outlets, along with a host of other attractions, shopping, and restaurants, are all within a fifteen-minute drive.

Have stayed at this AirBnB for 4 years in a row, and our family loves it here. Highly recommend. Surrounded by amish farms, and only a couple minute drive from Intercourse, PA. Total blessing that we found this place. If you stay here, definitely check out the recommendations binder that the host made. We found some favorite spots from that binder.

We came into town for a weekend to explore the area and learned about the Amish. Due to our work schedules, we had to check in after 12am. The easy of check in at a time that worked best for us we key for this trip to work. When walking into the house and finding it felt so homey was an added plus. The book they put together about the area and things to do was really the perfect touch. The host is very communicative and attentive. 100% plan on coming back when the weather gets nicer to explore more.

It was a very comfortable and relaxing place. It was exactly as it was described. Ray was very attentive and reached out many times to make sure we needed nothing. If visiting Lancaster again would definitely book from him.
