Hey there! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our place (we take a lot of pride in it!) and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. 1. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior and absolutely no drunkenness. 4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. 5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the House Manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any building and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period). 7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 8. Pets allowed for an additional $150 fee per pet (2 pets/40 lb per pet maximum). No cats or exotic animals allowed. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
